WOOD REPAIR / REPLACEMENT:
These services entail repairing any damaged or rotted wood areas on the home/building and/or removing & replacing any wood areas needed with new pressure-treated wood boards (deck boards) or new PVC materials. This is done to prevent any further damage and properly prepare the wood to be stained and/or painted.
DECK & FENCE STAINING:
Our staining services not only improve the appearance of the wood by bringing out the richness of the color and wood texture, but also provide protection from the elements which help prevent wood-rot, mildew, fading, and warping.
GUTTER CLEANING:
(Frequency- You should get this service done at least twice a year or more depending on foliage around the home/building)
Our gutter cleaning services entail removing any debris, leaves, dirt, branches, and/or anything obstructing the free-flow of rainwater from roof to ground. We also provide installation services mainly using the Leaf-Free Gutter Guard System to protect and prevent clogging.
SHEETROCK/DRYWALL INSTALLATION & REPAIR:
These services include a lengthy and strategic prep-work process, installation, and repairing of drywall. This will repair any cracks or imperfections, seal joints, and provide a smooth surface to prepare the area for painting. This process needs to be performed by a drywall expert due to the many necessary steps and use of various tools required (which our team entails).
HARDIE SIDING REMOVAL/REPLACEMENT:
Quality hardie siding will maintain your energy efficiency, offer protection from weather, pests, and mold while giving the home a beautiful aesthetic. This is a lengthy process including the use of various materials, such as cement, and power tools while removing and replacing prior to painting. When done properly, this service should last for decades and withstand extreme weather changes.
CONCRETE/GARAGE FLOOR EPOXY:
This process entails prepping and acid washing the concrete floor area, etching, painting with epoxy, applying desired color flakes if preferred, and sealing. It requires about a week to fully dry and allow the weight of a car to sit on it. We mainly use H&C Epoxy and/or Stain products to complete the job.
